Lunastro Terms of Service

1.1 Service Content

Lunastro is a professional mystical application platform that provides users with services including but not limited to:

• Tarot card divination services
• Horoscope analysis
• Natal chart reading services
• Numerology analysis
• Divination record storage and management
• Personalized guidance and advice

1.2 Nature of Service

The divination services we provide are for entertainment and personal reference only. Divination results do not constitute any form of prediction, promise or advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for making major decisions.

2.1 Registration Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age to assume legal responsibility under local law
• You must have full civil capacity
• The registration information you provide must be true, accurate and complete
• You promise not to use false identity to register an account

2.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for properly keeping your account password and login information
• You may not transfer, sell or authorize others to use your account
• If you find that your account has been stolen, you should notify us immediately
• You need to be responsible for all activities under your account

3.1 Prohibited Behavior

When using Lunastro services, you may not:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing or defamatory content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• Spread false information or malicious rumors
• Engage in any form of commercial promotion or advertising activities
• Attempt to damage or interfere with the normal operation of services
• Use automated tools or malicious software to access services
• Copy, distribute or otherwise use service content for commercial purposes

3.2 Content Standards

Content you generate during the use of services (including but not limited to comments, feedback) should:

• Comply with laws, regulations and social ethics
• Respect others' legitimate rights and interests
• Not contain malicious, fraudulent or misleading information
• Not involve politically sensitive, violent or pornographic content

4.1 Platform Intellectual Property

All content on the Lunastro platform, including but not limited to:

• Software code, interface design, icons, logos
• Tarot card patterns, card meanings, divination algorithms
• Text content, audio, video materials
• Databases, user interface design

Are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Chengdu Xiaoyao Jingtian Network Technology Co., Ltd. or the corresponding rights holders.

4.2 User Content Rights

You retain intellectual property rights to content you create, but by using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process and display your content
• Provide and improve service functions
• Conduct technical optimization and data analysis

5.2 Technical Risks

Given the special nature of network services, we do not guarantee that services will not be interrupted, nor do we guarantee the timeliness, security, and accuracy of services.

6.1 Service Changes

We have the right to modify, update or terminate some or all service functions according to business development needs. Major changes will be notified to users in advance.

6.2 Account Termination

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms of this agreement
• Suspected illegal or irregular behavior
• Long-term inactive accounts
• Other circumstances that affect the normal operation of services

7.1 Applicable Law

The signing, execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

7.2 Dispute Handling

If disputes arise between the parties regarding the content of this agreement or its execution, they should first be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where the company is located.
